Shipping policy

We dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays can happen because of couriers or weather, and we will tell you if your order is held up.

Every order is tracked. We email your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery is free on all orders. 

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped. If a courier returns an order because of a wrong address or missed deliveries, we can resend it once you cover the delivery cost again.

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days after the delivery window, or it arrives damaged, email us at thegoodstoresa@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out. See our refund policy for how damaged items are handled.
